These potential gains are limited by an upside cap of 11.87%. Concurrently, the Fund aims to cushion investors (before fees and expenses) against losses in the Underlying ETF. Specifically, it absorbs declines that occur once the Underlying ETF has fallen by 5%, continuing to provide protection for additional losses up to a total Underlying ETF decline of 30%.
