The State Street Fixed Income Sector Rotation ETF endeavors to deliver superior returns by employing an active investment strategy. It dynamically allocates capital among various income and yield-producing exchange-traded funds (ETFs), guided by a proprietary analytical framework that combines data-driven quantitative methods with expert qualitative assessments. The fund primarily directs its investments into ETFs specializing in a diverse range of fixed income sectors. These encompass, among others, U.S. government and agency debt, Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities (TIPS), corporate bonds, mortgage-backed securities, high-yield debt, international government and corporate bonds (including those from emerging markets), senior loans, floating rate notes, and cash equivalents. A core investment policy mandates that at least 80% of the fund's net assets are invested in fixed income instruments via ETFs. While the portfolio is generally rebalanced on a monthly basis, the frequency of these adjustments can vary depending on prevailing market dynamics.
