Its comprehensive service offerings span complete sample management, including both on-site and off-site storage, meticulous cold chain logistics, secure sample transport and relocation, bio-processing solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning, complemented by expert project management and consulting. This division further develops advanced sample intelligence software, facilitates customer technology integration, and provides solutions for optimizing laboratory workflow scheduling, managing sample inventory and logistics, monitoring environmental conditions, overseeing clinical trials and consent, as well as offering planning, data management, virtualization, and visualization services.
