This fund aims to replicate the investment performance of the Acquirers Deep Value Index, excluding any applicable fees and expenses. This index, launched in 2020 by Acquirers Funds LLC, is constructed from a selection of 20 profoundly undervalued yet financially sound companies. These companies are chosen from the 500 largest U.S.-listed stocks that also satisfy specific liquidity benchmarks. Ordinarily, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (excluding collateral from securities lending) will be committed to the securities that constitute this index. The fund maintains a non-diversified investment strategy.
