It is co-managed by BlackRock International Limited and BlackRock Fund Advisors. The fund invests in the fixed income markets of emerging countries across the globe. It primarily invests in the U.S. dollar-denominated fixed rate and floating rate instruments issued by sovereign and quasi-sovereign entities which have at least two years until maturity. The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the J.P. Morgan EMBI Global Diversified Index and the J.P.
