The Invesco S&P International Developed Quality ETF (Fund) is based on the S&P Quality Developed ex-U.S. LargeMidCap Index (Index). The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index tracks the performance of stocks in the S&P Developed ex-U.S. LargeMidCap Index that have the highest quality score, which is calculated based on three fundamental measures, return on equity, accruals ratio and financial leverage ratio. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually on the third Friday of June and December. As of 08/31/2025 the Fund had an overall rating of 4 stars out of 372 funds and was rated 4 stars out of 372 funds, 4 stars out of 337 funds and 4 stars out of 223 funds for the 3-, 5- and 10- year periods, respectively.
