iMedia Brands, Inc., a global interactive media company established in 1990 and headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, operates across the United States and internationally. The firm, which changed its name from EVINE Live Inc. in July 2019, conducts its business through three principal divisions: Entertainment, Consumer Brands, and Media Commerce Services. Its Entertainment segment manages a portfolio of television networks. These include ShopHQ, which presents products such as jewelry, watches, home goods, beauty, health items, fashion, and accessories; ShopBulldogTV, catering specifically to male consumers; and ShopHQHealth, which focuses on comprehensive well-being for both men and women, encompassing physical, mental, spiritual, financial, and motivational health, weight management solutions, and telehealth medical services. Additionally, this segment features ShopJewelryHQ, dedicated to jewelry products and services, and 1-2-3.tv, an innovative retail marketplace facilitating live and automated auctions. Under its Consumer Brands segment, iMedia offers women's apparel and accessories through the Christopher & Banks label, as well as men's and women's accessories from J.W. Hulme. It also distributes Shaq-branded kitchen products and watches. Finally, the Media Commerce Services division includes online platforms for discounted merchandise, namely OurGalleria.com and TheCloseout.com. This segment also runs the Retail Media Exchange, an advertising auction platform that connects advertisers with digital publishers and both supply-side and demand-side platforms. Further offerings within this segment comprise a range of value-added services, Float Left (an OTT software-as-a-service app platform for media and consumer entities), and i3PL, which provides comprehensive, white-label managed services specializing in e-commerce customer experience and fulfillment solutions.
