The investment seeks to provide long-term total return. The strategies identified by the adviser for the fund fall into the following broad categories: Equity Long/Short, Event Driven and Macro/Managed Futures strategies. The fund will invest its assets based on a systematic investment process for securities selection and asset allocation.
