Lindsay Corporation is an international enterprise specializing in comprehensive solutions for water management and road infrastructure. The company's operations are structured into two main divisions. The Irrigation segment develops and distributes a wide array of irrigation technologies. This encompasses center pivot and lateral move irrigation systems under the Zimmatic brand, Perrot and Greenfield hose reel travelers, and the GrowSmart line of chemical injection systems, variable rate irrigation tools, flow meters, weather stations, soil moisture sensors, and advanced remote monitoring and control systems. This division also provides essential repair and replacement parts, along with sophisticated technological solutions including global positioning system guidance, wireless irrigation management, scheduling applications, and smartphone integration. Furthermore, it offers industrial Internet of Things (IoT) technology solutions, data acquisition and management systems, and bespoke electronic equipment for various applications, all under the Elecsys brand. The Infrastructure segment is dedicated to supplying crucial products for road safety and construction. Its key offerings include Quickchange moveable barrier systems, which are vital for highway reconstruction, paving, resurfacing, road widening, median and shoulder construction, and tunnel and bridge repairs. It also provides re-directive and non-re-directive crash cushions, strategically deployed to improve highway safety at locations such as toll booths, freeway off-ramps, median and roadside barrier ends, bridge supports, and utility poles. This segment's portfolio is rounded out by specialty barrier products, road marking and safety equipment, railroad signals and structures, and large-diameter steel tubing. Additionally, it offers outsourced manufacturing and production services to other companies. Lindsay Corporation's customer base includes departments of transportation, municipal transportation agencies, roadway contractors, subcontractors, distributors, and dealers. The company was founded in 1954 and is headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska.
