PBF Logistics LP is engaged in the ownership, acquisition, development, leasing, and operation of a comprehensive network of logistics assets across the United States. These assets are primarily focused on handling crude oil and refined petroleum products, encompassing terminals, pipelines, and storage facilities. The company's operations are divided into two main segments: Transportation and Terminaling, and Storage. Its diverse portfolio includes several key infrastructure components. For instance, it manages the DCR rail terminal, which features a double-loop track equipped for pumping and unloading. Other assets include the Toledo Truck Terminal, specializing in crude oil truck unloading; the DCR West Rack, a dedicated heavy crude oil rail unloading facility located at the Delaware City refinery; and the Toledo storage facility, which offers propane storage and loading services. Further assets within its network comprise the DCR products pipeline, an interstate conduit for petroleum products; the DCR truck rack for loading; the San Joaquin Valley pipeline system; and the Paulsboro natural gas pipeline. Additional facilities include the Toledo rail products facility, handling both loading and unloading by rail; the Chalmette truck rack; the Chalmette rosin yard, a rail yard; the Paulsboro lube oil terminal; and the Delaware ethanol storage facility. Beyond its extensive infrastructure, PBF Logistics LP also provides services related to the reception, handling, warehousing, and transportation of crude oil, refined products, natural gas, and various intermediate materials. Formed in 2012, PBF Logistics LP is headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey.
