The company's business activities are categorized into five distinct segments: Franchising, Manufacturing, Retail Stores, U-Swirl Operations, and a general "Other" category. RMCF boasts an extensive product line, creating approximately 400 different varieties of chocolate candies, including popular selections like clusters, caramels, creams, toffees, mints, and truffles. Beyond its chocolate offerings, the company provides 15 unique types of caramel apples, which are prepared fresh in individual stores, as well as serving ice cream, coffee, and various other sundry items. As of March 31, 2022, RMCF maintained a significant retail presence.
