This exchange-traded fund (ETF) aims to replicate the price and income performance of its benchmark, the IQ Short Duration Enhanced Core Bond U.S. Index. The fund commits a minimum of 80% of its net assets to the holdings comprising this underlying index, which may also include other investment funds. The index itself endeavors to surpass the broader short-duration, U.S. dollar-denominated, taxable fixed-income market. It achieves this by employing both short-term and long-term momentum indicators to strategically adjust its allocation to various sectors within the U.S. investment-grade and high-yield fixed-income landscape. Crucially, all included fixed-income securities must possess remaining maturities of five years or less.
